“ 5 stars for the 2 employees that worked today at lunch and 0 stars for their employer. I was there earlier and complaining because I had to wait almost 20 minutes and I think they forgot about my order. They apologized and gave me my food and money back. Anyway I felt bad and realized that is not their fault. They were doing their best and they were actually super fast but store was full at lunch break and only 2 employees?! In a store where they make you the food from start to finish? This employer should appreciate these 2 and better hire more people and be grateful his store is full. Anyway I felt bad for them and gave them the money back. I felt bad I was in a rush since I stayed all my lunch break there and I wish I gave them a tip. The sure deserve a raise. ”

But as far as cleanliness for this specific Phillys Best, the staff has done an excellent job in making sure this location is of utmost cleanliness. The booths are nice, restrooms are convenient, andlike all locationsfood is of peak freshness. The more I eat at this restaurant, the more respect I have for the cheesesteak, even above that of the hamburger. Amazing! ”

Im not that person who places an order right before the establishment is about to close... but, I was doing a friend a favor so I simply had them place the order and I would pick up the order. When I arrived 15 minutes before closing I was greeted with a smile, the order was ready and they had me out of there in less than a couple of minutes! Highly recommend! Thanks for making every experience that much better than I could have hoped for. ”
